ISPARK, as a subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, was established in 2005 to provide quality, safe and modern parking services to drivers with the slogan "Parking Safely, Service with a Friend". İSPARK's main mission is to systematically manage and operate multi-storey, open and on-street car parks from a single source and to establish a culture of urbanity and parking, and it carries out very successful projects in this mission. It contributes to solutions to reduce traffic density in Istanbul with projects such as "Boat Park", "Heliport", "Pocket Bus Terminal", "Smart Bicycle", "Park and Ride", "Technological Parking Lots", "Smart Applications".

In the November 2023 report of TÜİK for Istanbul, one of the world's leading metropolitan cities, the number of motor vehicles registered to traffic in Istanbul is over 5 million, and managing the parking and mobility of this many vehicles is only possible with a very solid technology.
