Ankara Eryaman Pool (THOM)
Ankara Eryaman is home to an Olympic athlete training, camp training center and sports facilities that are unique in Turkey.
Eryaman Olympic Preparation Center, located within Ankara GSB and spread over an area of 80 thousand square meters, is an important and special sports facility that includes an Olympic swimming pool with a capacity of 500 spectators, shooting ranges, an 8-lane running track suitable for international competitions, wide sports training areas with synthetic surfaces suitable for various branches, athlete training and performance centers, and an accommodation facility (hotel) with a capacity of 100 rooms and 200 beds. In this facility, special measurements are made for athletes, and by identifying their deficiencies, it is possible to carry out more target-oriented studies for the Olympics.
As ERBEN, the Swiss Timing - Omega products that we distribute are used in the swimming pool of this facility, time measurement, display of results on the scoreboard, and the recording and publication of competition data are provided by the systems established by ERBEN.
This facility, which is the camp center of our National Teams, provides an advantage for our athletes as all products used for swimming (diving table, touch plate, start system, scoreboard system, etc.) are FINA approved and the same brand and model as the products used in the Olympics, and all times are measured in fractions of a second with Swiss Timing products.
The results can also be published on the scoreboard and the internet. We are honored that ERBEN and the solutions it offers contribute to the development of more knowledgeable and result-oriented athletes.
