There is a nested area with 9 entrances, 9 exits, smart ID card reading and HGS system for entrance/exit control of the parking areas of the faculty departments within the university. Only faculty members can enter and exit with a smart ID card and the HGS system. Guests coming from outside can leave their vehicles in the sections inside the main building.
The operation of the system is used for the first time in Turkey using a multi-functional structure; It is ensured that both subscriber vehicles and guest vehicles can enter and exit safely, quickly and comfortably.
Subscriber vehicles can switch automatically if they are registered in the license plate reading system. If they are not registered in the license plate reading system, they can pass by first scanning the HGS tag, if available, or by scanning their ID card to the smart card reader on the ticket issuing machine.
In addition, for non-subscribed guests, their license plate information is written on the ticket they purchased, ensuring that the system operates safely and without errors, and that they receive trouble-free service by paying the fee at the payment point.
Scheidt & Bachman It was established with the aim of automating parking lot entry and exit procedures, simplifying the parking fee calculation at the exit, and also providing greater efficiency in parking lot management. At the same time, this system provides a perfect operation befitting our distinguished university, with Entervo Analytics, which enables automatic information collection and recording of financial and statistical information necessary for effective parking management, as well as making special reports.
