Project Summary

Some clocks simply tell the time. Others become part of a city’s story. In the Saray district of Tekirdağ, we have completed a new tower clock project that integrates seamlessly with the architectural character of the municipal building. Four 80×80 cm square NACAR tower clocks—displaying the time on all four sides—have been installed, featuring a black housing design crafted to harmonize with the building’s architectural fabric. Yet, the role of a tower clock extends beyond merely showing the time. It serves as a landmark for those passing through the square each day. It lends identity to a structure. It claims its own place within the city’s skyline. And, as the years go by, it quietly accompanies the lives of successive generations who pass by that very same spot. That is why, when designing a tower clock, we don’t just ask, "From what distance can it be read?" We also consider: "How will it integrate with this structure?" "What kind of mark will it leave on this city?" At the heart of the project’s time infrastructure lies the BODET SIGMA H master clock, ensuring that the clocks on all four sides remain perfectly synchronized to a single, unified time reference. At Erben Kontrol, we view clock systems not merely as products, but as integral components of architectural and urban identity. Because while some projects are considered "finished" upon delivery, others continue to tell the time—on and on. ⏱️ Tekirdağ | Saray Municipality Erben Kontrol – NACAR Tower Clock Systems Congratulations to the team at BUDUNOĞLU Kontrol Sistemleri for a successful implementation.
